There are 4 main Guilds of Lesia, powerful organizations to which most adventurers belong. The Leaders of the Guilds answer directly to the Crown and make up the Guild Council, who advise and guide the King. Each guild has different region of interest, and they form pillars of the community within the Kingdom of Lesia.
The Forester's Guild, Churches Guild, Mages Guild are the Merchants Guild all have a seat on the Guild Council, and are the main employers of adventurers in Lesia, although membership is not strictly required to adventure it is rare to find an adventurer with no ties to them.
The Crown is a prestige elite guard that is made up of the Knights of the Realm, selected Nobles and squires. Few are invited to join the King's elite guard, and those who do wear their colours with pride.
Characters may freely join any one Guild, regardless of career or class, though some are better suited to particular types of adventurer. Characters must join IC at an event by speaking to a representative of their prospective Guild.
The Talon is the clandestine arm of the Crown of Lesia, but otherwise functions much like a Guild. Incredibly secretive, the Talon functions very much like the Secret Service, providing skilled bodyguards for the Royal Family. However, some believe that the Talon also provides spies and assassins, should the Crown ever deem them necessary.
The King's Army is an arm of the Foresters's Guild that serves as countryman and woman that defend the country against threats.Â
