Glue I

Anyone or anything that comes into contact with the target also becomes stuck to them. NOTES The physical skill STRENGTH ENHANCEMENT II allows you to resist the effects of this spell, although it doesn't negate the spell you can prevent an object from being stuck or you can remove yourself from the area. Due to the magical nature of the spell, no residue remains once the spell expires.

NEUTRALISE POTION MODERATE!"EFFECT (Moderate) Arrests the effects of all non-magical potions within the body of a creature, including herbal, alchemical and poison potions. NOTES This spell will not cure any damage already caused by potions but will prevent further damage. This spell has no effect on potions the creature is simply carrying or on potion-like abilities it may have such as a venomous bite.

SIX HITS!" EFFECT Creates a cloud of magical water, engulfing all creatures within a 10' radius area and causing damage to their life force before immediately dissipating.
Warp I

WARP!"EFFECT Causes a non-magical item to warp into a totally useless shape. NOTES This spell only effects solid objects which are either held or unattended, equal or less in mass to a large chest, and cannot target worn items, liquids, gasses or creatures. Objects destroyed by this spell cannot be repaired by MEND or similar effects unless they explicitly work on items destroyed by GREEN/WATER effects, such as the Green Dragon Spell Reform.
Reform I

Once completed, touch the intended Target within thirty seconds.VOCALS "With the power of the (Dragon), I restore this useless (Object) into its proper shape! REFORM!"EFFECT Restores an object damaged or destroyed by GREEN/WATER effects back to it's original form. NOTES This spell will only repair damage dealt by Green or Water spells or effects, damage caused by other sources is unaffected. Master Crafted items will cease to be master crafted if they are not repaired at the place they were destroyed and within one encounter of their destruction. If they are repaired at another location or later than one encounter afterwards it is repaired but loses it's master crafted qualities, becoming a non-master crafted item of its type.
Hydro Blade I

Once completed, touch the intended Target within thirty seconds.VOCALS "I place and bind the power of the (Dragon) into this weapon! HYDRO BLADE!"EFFECT Causes a sharp-edged weapon to cause magical damage by coating the striking surface in magical water. NOTES This spell can only be cast on a sharp-edged weapon such as a sword or axe. Whilst this spell is in effect, the weapon causes Magical Damage which is modified as normal by PAC. The weapon call made by an Hydro Blade gains the prefix "MAGIC!", for example a fighter using a sword for "DOUBLE!" would now call "MAGIC DOUBLE!". This spell grants some protection to the target weapon, which temporarily becomes immune to spells and effects which Fumble, Break or Destroy the weapon, although the spell can be negated as normal.
Summon Elemental I

The Elemental Knight of Water to aid me! SUMMON ELEMENTAL!"EFFECT Summons an Elemental Knight to the Casters plane. They will perform tasks for the caster for a fee. NOTES The Elemental Knight summoned by this spell are mercenary creatures that will perform tasks for the summoner in exchange for Power Points. In order to cast this spell, a character needs to know the true name of an elemental, which is NOT given during the learning of this spell. In order to summon an Elemental Knight the caster must also have completed the matching Elemental Magic List.
Quagmire I

QUAGMIRE!"EFFECT Causes an area of ground to become very muddy so that no creature entering can move their legs faster than a slow walking pace. NOTES Anybody caught in the area when the spell is cast cannot move for thirty seconds. Anyone passing through the area when this spell is in effect cannot move faster than a slow walk. This spell is of no use in areas of rocky ground or worked stone such as indoors or cobbled roads.
